Rare 1992 Mini-Mansions Book Stained Glass Pattern Book OOP - Delightful miniature patterns!

This listing is for the rare, out of print, 1992 Mini-Mansions stained glass pattern book by artists Carolyn and Gordon Otsen. This is a longtime favorite pattern book featuring wonderful, very detailed miniature 3D projects. Excellent instructions with pictures are graciously provided. Features lighthouses, a variety of lovely houses from the Alta Pacific area, business card holders, a nite-light and more.

In very good vintage condition. As pictured, there is marking on the outside cover. Inside pages are still attached. Large light house pattern has tracing marks, but they do not affect the use of the pattern. Price has been reduced accordingly.
